INSANITIRED'S TOS
ATTENTION! These are the TOS of the seller/artist. They apply to ALL and any commissions.This is to give an overview of the basic points to any customer.
WILL DRAW: Anthros, furries, ponies, humans, candy gore, light gore
WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW + Fetish content, brutal gore, anything homophobic/racist or else hateful toward any minorities, family members/relatives or pets
Customer HAS to be 18+!
Payment is to be done in full up front.
Only accepted payment method is PayPal, seller will send an invoice.
Customer has the right to receive protectively watermarked progress revisions up to 3 times during the sketching process.
Customer has the right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (small additional details, eye colour changes, etc.)
Seller has up to two weeks time to complete the product/artpiece, once the payment had been completed.
DO NOT SEND ME AN NSFW REFERENCE FOR SFW COMMISSIONS. Failure to to adhere to this condition will result in a $5 surcharge on the price of your commission.
Seller works Wednesday-Sunday on commissions. Occasionally they may work outside those days. Their work hours are in the evening CET due to them working a day job as well.
Products cannot be used for commercial use.
Seller is not responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Product/Artpiece will be delivered digitally in HD via Instagram/Discord.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Be kind! Any aggressive, rude or disrespectful behaviour from the customer will ultimately result in a cancellation of the commission process. Customer will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by seller, but the seller will be keeping 50% of the total payment.
Customer holds the right to share the product anywhere as long as it is credited with sellers name. (Insanitired)
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any Al-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right for selling the product in any circumstance.
